Are There Any Utilities Like Istumbler For Windows?

I have never had a desire to own a mac however I’m a bit jealous of this program Istumbler which claims the ability to seek out wifi networks. I’m not a widely informed on wifi connections because I’ve just gotten my first laptop and even now I pay for the internet connection I receive of course when I’m out of range..well you know…So please englighten me on finding wifi networks that aren’t password protected.

Its called netstumbler and was out for windows before it was out for MAChttp://netstumbler.com/
Heck even just clicking “View Available Networks” will show what is around you. Netstumbler will tell you what channel they are using and what the noise level is for each of them.
Just be aware connecting to any network with out permission is illegal in the US, Canada, and the UK! Just do a quick search for Wifi Theft to see!
