   There’s really no such thing as WiFi internet cafe software. WiFi at public venues work the same way your wireless connection works at home. All you need to do is search for the cafe’s (or other business’) network and connect. Be warned, these connections are unsecure, and can’t fully protect you from intruders the way your home network does.

   If you have a laptop that has a wireless card there is no magic software, your computer can see any wireless connection it is in range of.
   Many offer free internet, while others require you to buy time.
   If you click on a network and it requests a password then it is a secure network and you can’t get on without a username and password.
   If it doesn’t ask chances are good you just choose it and your on.

   I don’t quite understand what you mean..
   If you mean you want WiFi at a café you work at, then you will need to get wireless internet and set up things like these in your router that you should get from the service provider when they setup your internet.
