I want to make a virtual access point with my Wi-Fi capable Laptop and use it for some other devices such as Nintendo Wii. First of all is it possible? If yes how?

There is no virtual access point in the sense you are thinking. You are thinking of a virtual private network. If you want to get your Wii on a wireless network, set it up to access your current SSID. If you don’t have a wireless network, you can’t use your laptop to make one, you need to buy a wireless router or access point.
