Keychain Access is an app located in your Applications < Utilities folder.
You can also use Airport Utility (located in the same folder) if you are using an Apple wireless router to retrieve the password.
    From Keychain Access:
    find the network name
    double click on the item
click the checkbox next to “Show Password”
    authenticate with your admin password
the password will be viewable in the box next to “Show Password”
    From Airport Utility:
Double-click any Airport device in the list on the left
choose Base Station < Equivalent Network Password from the menu bar
all the desired information should appear
