Wireless Connection: How Do You View Security Settings On A Computer?

I am trying to connect it to my wireless internet through an access point, I click connect to the network, I enter the WEP key and then it says “windows cannot connect to …” I clicked diagnose the problem and it told me to “view the wireless security settings on this computer to verify they are compatible with this network.”
Help finding these security settings or a method to fix this problem will be appreciated.

do you mean the modem setting webpage which is the ‘192.168.1.1′ usually.
